Ioana Raluca Olaru definitely belongs among the hottest female tennis players on tour. This super-sweet cutie from Romania is yet another top tennis hottie from this east-European land, and I must say she's definitely one of the cutest girls on tour. It is really the combination of sweet, sensual, and innocent that makes Ioana so hot, and it is really no wonder her army of fans is increasing each day. While her game still needs some improvement, her look doesn't. Watching her play is really a sight for sore eyes so make sure to take a look.
